Right of withdrawal

When you buy online you normally have 14 days to change your mind. For digital files you download straight away, that doesn't apply if you explicitly agree to it.

That's why checkout asks you to tick that you want to download the files right away and understand that you lose your right of withdrawal. You can't check out without it.

Is something wrong with a file? Then of course you're entitled to a working one. Email us and we'll help.
